A concrete upgrade example
At 26 seconds, the stable is Stage 2, filled at 8/8 horses, with Running Cost 30 and an Upgrade quote of 10,000 currency. The sample shows why spare cash and occupied capacity are separate checks. The billing interval for the running cost is not visible. This is one observed configuration, not a complete release price table.

Unlocking the beach trail
At 30–31 seconds, Trails → Upgrade opens a list containing Home Trails, Advanced Forest Trails, Cross Country Training in the Forest and Beach Trails. The Beach Trails description calls for 30% Prestige and a restoration fee. The displayed list then has a completion tick. The exact fee is not read from a price control, so it remains unknown.
